Consulting Psychologist

Dr. Santiago-Nucci received her doctorate in Clinical and Developmental Psychology (PhD) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois. She has been working in the public safety field since 1991 and has provided services to large urban and smaller suburban and rural departments in Illinois, Wisconsin and California. She has conducted hundreds of screening evaluations of police, deputy sheriff, fire, corrections, dispatch and probation applicants and has consulted directly with police and fire chiefs and other related personnel. Dr. Santiago-Nucci has trained and supervised other psychologists working in the public safety field as well as graduate students in Clinical Psychology at both UIC and UC Berkeley where she has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
