Consulting Psychologist
Dr. Hrzich is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Psychological Dimensions and has specialized education, supervision, and training in police and public safety psychology. She conducts pre-employment screenings, post-critical incident debriefings, training, and organizational consultation. Dr. Hrzich earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Counseling from Adelphi University in New York. She completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Florida Gulf Coast University where she conducted therapy and evaluations, and consulted with the campus threat assessment team. Dr. Hrzich has provided psychological services in a variety of settings including private practice, community and outpatient clinics, and college counseling. She has experience conducting a variety of assessments, and has worked on numerous trauma response, crisis intervention, and threat assessment teams.
